Tortilla Soup

Tortilla Soup
·         1 Rotisserie chicken
·         2 cans of tomatoes or Rotelle (I prefer the hot Rotelle)
·         2 cans of chicken broth
·         2 cans of black beans, drained
·         1 can of white beans, NOT drained
·         Taco seasoning, season to taste (about ½ package)
Tear up entire chicken and add all other ingredients, simmer at least 45 min. Serve with tortilla chips & cheese. I like to add pepper jack cheese and sour cream to the bowl and serve.
